How can I change my password?
You can change your password by going to your Profile – Settings and Privacy. Then selecting “Change Password.” Follow the steps to enter your current password and choose a new one.
Where can I update my personal information?
Go to your Profile and tap on “Edit” to update your name, email, or other personal details.
What is a group or community within the app?
Groups or communities are spaces where users can connect around shared interests, churches groups or events. They allow for sharing content and supporting one another.
How do I join a church group?
Go to the Groups section in the Community tab to find groups that are part of your church or community.
You can browse the available groups. If a group is public, you can join it directly. If it’s private, you may need to request accessWhat Bible translation does the app use?
The app offers several Bible translations to choose from, including the American Standard Version, the New Living Translation, the New International Version, and the Swahili Union Version (Africa). You can select your preferred translation in the Bible settings.
Can I see verses or reading plans?
Yes! You can explore daily verses and curated reading plans, from the “Bible” or “Courses” tab in the app.
How does the Verse of the Day work?
Each day, the app highlights a new Bible verse meant to inspire and encourage you. You’ll see it on the home screen or receive it via notification if enabled.
How do I turn notifications on or off?
Go to your Profile – Settings and Privacy – Preferences, then select “Notifications.” You can choose which types of alerts you want to receive or disable them completely.
Will I receive spam or unnecessary emails?
No. We only send important updates or messages you’ve opted into. You can manage email preferences in your account settings.
How do I report a technical issue?
If you encounter a bug or technical issue, go to the Profile – Settings and Privacy – Help section and select “Report an app Problem.”
Is the app available in other languages?
Yes. The app supports multiple languages. You can change your language preference in your Profile – Settings and Privacy – Preferences, then select “Language.”
